Consignment is by appointment only.

Consignor receives 45% of selling price if your primary residence is in Lake County, and 40% outside of Lake County. Commissions can be collected at the store during store hours - appointment preferred.

Consigned items will stay on the floor for 60 days. Items not sold can be collected by the consignor after 60 days. It will become store property if not collected and will go through a process of donation to local non-profits.

Our knowledgeable staff possess the expertise to set appropriate prices for most brands. In cases where we may be unsure, we conduct online research.

For newly acquired items with tags, we typically assign a price of 50% of the original retail price. For other items, we generally set prices ranging from 25-40% of the original retail price.

We are not a thrift store! We specialize in high-end, quality apparel and accessories that are in near perfect or new condition. Our acceptance procedure ensures that we only carry the best seasonal items.

We love all fashion brands, but our store focuses on offering our customers unique treasures that they cannot find everywhere else. As a result, we don't accept fast fashion or big box stores like Target, Walmart, Shein, etc.

Please bring your items clean, store-ready and folded in a reusable tote. We do not accept formal dresses, sleepwear, pajamas, intimates, maternity wear, or sporting goods.
